About Me
Ambitious, detail-oriented mechanical engineering student focused on drafting, aspiring to be a design engineer.
My name is Abigail and I am currently a student a Florida Atlantic University, studying my Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in German, and Atlantic Technical College, getting my certificate in Web Development. Some of my hobbies include playing soccer, ultimate frisbee, guitar, piano, drums as well as tinkering with my bikes and using my 3D printer. I also spend some of my time volunteering as a soccer coach for U8 boys and U10 girls, occasionaly refereeing games when I have time.
Previously I’ve worked as a Mechanical CAD Engineer Intern, primarily working in SolidWorks. Drafting is something that I have a great focus on and enjoy, but I also want to learn more different areas within mechanical engineering. Fields like R&D or design engineering interest me as well and I am willing to learn and work within those fields too.
